PLEASE, NOTE!
The costs for leaving the apartment in a bad condition and replacement for any broken items will be charged afterwards.
The deposit is charged at the reservation and will be refunded after the apartment has been checked.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We charge for a pet stay 20,00 €/day/dog or 120 €/stay/dog.
All rights reserved for price changes. VAT at the rate of 9% or 24% as defined by tax authorities is included to the prices.
Lost key 170 €. The maintenance company will charge 30 €. for opening the door.

Check in at 16:00 pm and Check out 12:00 am.

After the prepayment is received at our bank account the reservation is fixed in the system.
